Dear executives and employees of EMTOMEGA,

This year marks the 20th anniversary of our company's founding.

First of all, I would like to thank all of you from the bottom of my heart for your hard work.

Founded in June 2004, a small company is now a mid-sized company and a world-class exporter that represents the black box industry.

The reason why I formed a relationship with EMTOMEGA in 2008 was because I decided that I could succeed if only sales and financial power were supported by the high technology of President Lee Dong-kyung and their teams.

However, it would be a lie if there were no difficult and difficult times in your business, right? At one point, there were many times when I couldn't sleep due to the lack of monthly payment funds and worried about the employees' payday. In April 2015, sales were ZERO. However, we did not let go of the hope and stopped the declining navigation business and focused on the new black box business. Thanks to the hard work of the employees, the product was able to innovate and quickly became prominent in the Japanese and Russian markets.

And I deeply appreciate Chairman Lim Hak-kyu for his trust and silent support at the crossroads of survival, and I deeply appreciate the dedication of the executives and employees.

From 2014 to now, there have been countless crises, such as a drop in demand and supply chain ISSUE due to the COVID-19 crisis, but the company has shown a surplus for 10 consecutive years without a single deficit and has grown significantly. The debt ratio has also been around 3,000% to 15%, achieving stability and growth in our business. I think it was possible because everyone worked together to commit.

It was named a "Venture 100 Billion" and a "World Class Company" in 2019, and was recognized as a "Medium Company" in 2024.

Dear executives and employees!

In terms of people, 20 years is the age of being recognized as an adult.

Our company has also changed from a small business to a mid-sized business in its 20th year. But if we become complacent or complacent about Small Success, our future will be uncertain.

We are challenging "XX Business" and "XX Business" as new growth engines in addition to "maintenance and development of existing businesses." Companies must continue to grow, and I think that is the destiny of companies and entrepreneurs.

It's a daunting task, but EMTOMEGA has always been challenging and hasn't given in to difficulties. I think a rich future can be created for all of us when we all work hard and succeed with new determination.

I think people are respected and innovative companies are good companies. I think we should provide opportunities to all employees so that they can demonstrate their abilities at any time, and share the results with all employees to make them a company that takes pride and pride in the company.

In the future, I will also take the lead in improving the company's development and corporate value.
